If cancellation happens prior to five business days before the booked event, 100% of the deposit is refunded. Partner will return the funds within 48 hours.
If the cancellation happens post five business day cancellation period leading to a booked event, TeamBuilds will forfeit the booking deposit.

Bingo was a BLAST and it was such a great way to have fun with a virtual work family!
Virtual BINGO night was super fun! It helped that I won, of course, but even if I hadn't, the host was so funny and we all had a great time! I would imagine it's not easy to engage people virtually in events like this, but the host of this event truly succeeded in that. I would definitely recommend the company!
